Terms of Service

  • We prefer Bank Transfer / Cash on delivery / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash.
  • You can also Inbox On Facebook Page/Instagram/Whatsapp address and contact to confirm order.
  • For complaints, suggestions and queries,please inbox on Whatsapp, Email or Call .
  • Riders follow routes and not timings so please cooperate.
  • If there is any damage or any fault or difference you would find ZEE,SY JEWELLERY will be responsible to change the Product, the customer would have to resend the parcel to our address.
  • Customers can change their orders within 2 hours of order submission.
  • Customers should add Complete and proper address with House number,Block number and street number Or Nearest famous Landmark in order to get their parcel at doorstep. Incomplete address orders will be canceled.
  • Every Sale item or Stock clearance Sale item would not be changed nor refund.
  • Order with incomplete address and required information will not be entertained.

Exchange Policy

At Musfirah’s Collection, we take pride in providing our customers with quality products and excellent customer service. We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases, and we stand behind the products that we offer.

Exchange Criteria

Products are eligible for exchange if they meet the following criteria.

  • The product is in its original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging.
  • The product has not been used, washed, or damaged.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all exchanges.
  • Customized or personalized jewelry items cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • The product is eligible for exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Shipping Cost

  • Customers who want to exchange items with another (bangle size, bangle design), or other than this then you will have to pay a delivery charge of RS350/-. Customers are advised to check the product description and size guide carefully before placing the order to avoid any inconvenience.
  • If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.


  • Personal items related to hygiene cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Changing or Refund of Sale Item

  • Every sale item or stock clearance sale item would not be changed nor refunded.

Exchange Options

Customers can choose one of the following exchange options:

    • Exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value: The price difference will be refunded if the new item has a lower value.
    • Exchange for a different product of higher value: Customers will be required to pay the price difference between the original item and the new selection.

  • The customer support team will guide customers through the exchange process, including providing a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions for packaging the item securely.

Final Decision

Musfirah’s Collection reserves the right to make the final decision regarding exchanges based on the condition of the returned item and adherence to the exchange policy.
